Start-up, Scale-up, Venture Capital & Innovation

We believe that short-term solutions results in long-term problems. That organisations need to consider and value their human capital with the same strategical mindset they apply to their financial capital. We believe a proactive and long-term approach put companies in a position to act, instead of react, on the talent market. By this approach we give you the best start-up and scale-up executives all over the globe.

With our extensive experience of advising early stage investors and startups in executive search and board search as well as organizational advisory regarding growth and innovation, this practice group brings a deep knowledge of partner solutions with VC-firms as well as family offices to the InterSearch table.

Being a central part of the network economy, we are also able to match entrepreneurs with investors. InterSearch’s global reach gives us a unique position in helping scale-ups to execute global business plans when it comes to global competence sourcing.

The practice group also offers intrapreneurs to established companies in need of disruption or re-definition. Intrapreneurs have the ability to identify possibilities and the courage to execute initiatives outside of the the company’s primary agenda – but that are vital to their survival. An intrapreneur stands out through an extraordinary ability to organise and create resources, in order to achieve extraordinary results.
