Our company was founded in Tokyo in April, 2007 as a subsidiary of London based executive search firm specialized in financial market recruitment, Akamai Financial Markets. Akamai Financial Markets is formerly known as Alexander Mann, founded in London in 1994.

In May 2008, the Japanese Management completed the buy-out of 100% of Akamai Financial Markets’ shares and Kojiro Nojiri has been appointed as the President.
In August 2008, the company has changed its name to Tiglon Partners Limited. We are strong at Finance practice but also able to conduct the other practice, too by excellent research team.
