In Italy, we have about 25 senior-level professionals who work in our offices located in Turin, Milan and Rome, each one with different expertise per activity, industry and company function.

CTER is a well-tuned team of thirteen professionals, including eight experienced consultants (with the average employment in HR sector amounting to over 10 years), three researchers and a two staff administrative section. We always work in earnest and in accordance with the values which we follow in our private lives: in a family atmosphere, honestly and fairly, and with mutual respect. We face new challenges every day and despite many years of work we still want to achieve more and to get increasingly better in what we do.

We support our Clients both in Poland and abroad as since 2002 CTER has been the sole representative in Poland of Intersearch, the leading international network of executive search firms. Since 2012 we have also been representing in Poland Senior Management Worldwide – a global organization of suppliers of interim management services.
