We are the only regional search firm with multiple offices in the Central and Eastern Europe countries and with locals in our team.

In search we identify the potential candidates active and passive on the market and, through an extensive contact and assessment program we produce a shortlist of relevant and properly motivated candidates from among the top performers. Plus we don’t give up the assignment until you have hired the right person. We excel at the more challenging assignments. 1. Placement rate (OR goal achievement how is called within the industry) = no. placements / no. Job orders (projects started) = over 97% rate of finalizing recruitment projects successfully – a batting average that places us at the top of our industry. The candidates we place have a great track record of staying with our client organizations for the long term and getting promoted.
2. Retention rate (we measure at 1, 2 and 3 years) = no of candidates on the job after 1,2, 3years from placement /Total no. Candidates placed within the measured period = 95% candidates’ retention rate after one year of placement, 91% candidates’ retention rate after 2 years of placement
3. Promotion rate = no candidates promoted / no. of total candidates placed = 32% candidates’ promoted within less than 2 years after placement
4. Guarantee rate = no. Candidates replaced within the guarantee period / total number of candidates = * P&P has a guarantee rate of less than 5%
5. Time to fill measured as Time to Short-List Delivery (since we do not have control of the internal processes after presenting the short-list)
