John Robinson is Chairman for InterSearch Middle East and a veteran of InterSearch Worldwide, establishing InterSearch Australia in 1991 and InterSearch Middle East in 1998. Given his longevity as an international executive search guru, John has always taken positions of leadership and global governance within InterSearch as a trusted advisor – he was Board Director and Chairman of the Standards & Quality Committee for many years.
John understands the uniqueness of doing business and being part of the community in key markets such as Saudi Arabia, Oman and UAE; his depth of executive search industry experience has been pivotal to the success InterSearch Middle East. He has a BSc in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
Mohammed has over 40 years’ experience in the field of IT, HR and General Management. He started his career as an Economics Research Assistant in the University of London. Thereafter, he joined PDO in IT as an Analyst/Programmer to support subsurface systems and rose through the ranks to be the first Omani IM&T Manager. During this 29-year period with PDO he also worked for Shell International on assignments in UK, Brunei and later in the Netherlands as Head of Information Planning for E&P companies.
Mohammed developed his career into HR both in Oman and in The Hague and took on the responsibility of HR Director in PDO in 1999 for 5 years. After retirement, he joined ENOC in Dubai as a Group HR Manager with key responsibilities to move HR management to the next level. He returned to Oman with MB Group of companies in 2008 with responsibilities for HR, IT, and Medical Services and was responsible for transforming the business planning processes to the next level of excellence.
Mohammed is actively involved with all Intersearch executive search assignments in Oman and supports the Middle East & Africa region as the Oil & Gas Guru within the team!
Mohammed has a BSc, DIS in Industrial Mathematics from Loughborough University of Technology in UK as well as MSc. Numerical & Functional Analysis.
Hurriya has 10 years of Executive Search experience. She launched her executive search career in 2013 as a Research Associate at Intersearch Middle East undertaking Mid-level to C-Suite assignments in Oman/GCC and was chosen to represent Intersearch Middle East at the Intersearch Academy 2014 held in Frankfurt, Germany.
In 2018, she became an Executive Consultant and eventually a Managing Partner for Oman. She has been recruiting Mid-level to Executive positions across a variety of sectors. She previously worked as a Senior Auditor within a well-reputed auditing firm for 3 years.
Her knowledge consists of client management, Due Diligence, Business Development, Consultancy Services and Human Resources. Having grown up in Oman, she has strong experience of various industry sectors in the Oman market which include Banking & Finance, Oil & Gas, FMCG/Agriculture, Engineering, and Manufacturing & Construction and has been actively involved in developing and maintaining long term relationships with her clients by providing them a variety of professional services.
Hurriya holds Bachelors (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Bradford University, School of Management, UK and is SHRM–CP certified, USA.
Kinda is the Regional Head of Research with InterSearch Middle East based in Dubai
She has built her Executive Search career over the past 15 years in the Middle East Region catering to clients across multiple sectors, her experience in Human Capital Research and Development along with her other skills and abilities gives her an uncanny advantage to help Organizations in their growth process, creating sustained value to all its stakeholders.
Kinda has worked across a wide spectrum of sectors within private and government sectors, including industrial, consumer, Aviation, Real Estate, Construction, Diversified Family Conglomerates, Telecom and more.
Prior to joining InterSearch, Kinda worked for another Regional Search Firm where she held a role of Sr. Research Associate for almost ten years attracting senior executive talents to the MEA region with a special focus on the Saudi Arabia market.
She kicked-off her career within the Telecom industry in Jordan before moving Dubai, in 2005 where she worked in the Hospitality space for two years.

Rony is a Client Partner at InterSearch Middle East, bringing over 15 years of experience in executive search across the MENA region. He specializes in C-Suite and Board-level placements, successfully partnering with leading local, regional, and international organizations to attract and retain high-calibre executives. Rony’s expertise spans sectors such as Industrial, Transportation & Logistics, Real Estate, and Aerospace & Defence, and he has cultivated a robust network of senior leaders across these industries.
Prior to joining InterSearch, Rony was Principal and Lead for the Industrial Practice at Boyden, where he managed high-profile executive search assignments across the region. Before that, he spent a decade with RASD, a prominent regional executive search firm, advancing to the role of Partner and driving impactful placements across diverse industries. Earlier in his career, he worked with a consultancy firm, advising businesses on integrating ESG strategies into their operations.
Rony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute. He is dedicated to supporting organizations in achieving their growth ambitions by identifying and placing transformational leadership talent.
Maya is a Human Resources professional with over 8 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Consulting and HR Advisory.
In her recent role as Client Engagement Manager with DHR Global, Maya successfully led C-level and senior executive searches across various industries including Financial Services, Engineering, Industrial and Technology. She also contributed to several leadership consulting and assessment projects across the GCC region.
Before joining DHR, she was a Consultant at Kawas Consulting, a regionally recognized boutique executive search firm in Beirut, where she managed regional search projects.

With 6 years of experience spanning Executive Search, Talent Management, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Ayush has worked across multiple environments – large corporate, executive search, boutique and in-house. He did his Bachelor’s in Energy Engineering from the US – and he has had a strong subsequent knack and focus for Technology – both within and outside of work. His work has been focused on both a generalist environment (looking over financial services, marketing, investment and PE) as well as a core focus on Tech/Digital/IT/Data/Innovation roles, placing multiple C-Suite and Senior professionals in this space, Ayush joined InterSearch as Sr. Associate, focusing on the middle East Market Outside of work, Ayush is a keen photographer and a tech enthusiast!
Malak is a recent graduate from Birmingham City University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Her interest in furthering her studies within Human Resources was due to the “Human” aspect. With being intrigued with the social side of a business, more specifically diversity and inclusion. What sparked her interest, was due to having a diverse upbringing with growing up in Japan. She was, exposed to a rich, diverse cultural background, that impacted her in a positive way. Thus, encouraged her to be exposed in understanding and interact socially from induvial who come from various of backgrounds.
Throughout her degree, as well as internships, she has obtained a solid foundation skill set that enables her to quickly adapt and contribute to the work force environment.

Sara Al-Qadhi is a hard-working fresh graduate with strong leadership and presentation skills, seeking to expand her knowledge in the recruitment world. She completed her BSc in Business Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of Reading in 2022 and holds a School Diploma from Muscat International School, where she achieved the highest marks in the external exams for Business and Geography studies in the country.

Alongside these primary areas of focus, she consistently contributed to cross-industry mandates across the MENA region (incl. Consumer, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Culture & Sports, Technology, etc.)
With deep expertise in market intelligence, talent mapping and candidate identification, she has a proven track record of placing CEOs, C-suite executives and mid to senior-level leaders across government entities, high profile organizations, flagship development initiatives, as well as influential regional family businesses and dynamic mid-sized companies driving transformation in their sectors. She also partnered with Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory team, contributing to select assessments and workshops.
Prior to Egon Zehnder, Imane was Senior Associate for the MENA region at McArthur Murray. She also served as Client Partner at IBB Executive Search.
