Harris began his career in 1989 and has held marketing, sales and operations roles with reputable companies in New York City and Athens, Greece. He has 15 years of experience as an executive search consultant, joining InterSearch Greece in 1998 and eventually becoming the Managing Partner of InterSearch’s Athens office. Before joining InterSearch Middle East he successfully completed hundreds of executive search assignments in Greece and Central-Eastern Europe.

While leading the Athens office, Harris was also the Global Media Relations Manager for InterSearch Worldwide and playing a significant role in increasing visibility and awareness for the Global organization. Harris currently serves clients in the Middle East, Greece and the Balkans in a variety of sectors such as Consumer Goods, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Engineering Products & Services.

Harris holds a USA Master’s Degree from Syracuse University’s prestigious S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in New York.

Rawan Abdulla commenced her career as a Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Researcher with one of the largest & leading Search firms in the MENA region. She then joined InterSearch Middle East in 2015 as Research Associate working across major industries within the Oil & Gas, Banking & Finance, Engineering, Construction & Development, Manufacturing, Logistics & Distribution, Trading & Services Companies, Family Conglomerates and IT & Telecoms space.

She has delivered shortlists and placements for numerous senior positions including: Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Managing Directors, Medical Directors, Department Heads/Directors, Country Managers, Project Managers, School Principals, and Medical Consultants.

Rawan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Strategic Human Resources from the University of Wollongong, UAE.

Kristina’s career started in the media industry. After graduating from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK with a BA Honours in English Literature with Journalism, she worked in editorial for some local press and then for a PR media services company where she worked on building rapports with many industry figures from the journalism and PR sector.

She transitioned into recruitment in 2013 when she joined the UK’s leading airline, British Airways, as a recruitment coordinator, supporting the hiring strategy across many of the airline’s departments; particularly for Experienced Hires and Flight Crew, helping to plan and fulfil the annual intake of pilots and cabin crew.

Upon joining InterSearch Middle East in 2016 she was initially responsible for supporting the management team with their business development plan and the operational running of the Dubai office, as well as  managing the regional offices’ HR functions. Her skillset and experience in people services is broad and includes performance management, payroll and policies, recruitment planning and operations, application screening, candidate selection and interviewing techniques. Following a recent promotion to Research Associate, Kristina is tasked with sourcing the best leading talent across multiple disciplines for our key clients across the region and globally.

Kinda is a bilingual Senior Research Associate with InterSearch Middle East based in Dubai – she is fluent in both Arabic and English.  She has built her executive search career over the past 10 years in the Middle East region catering to clients across multiple sectors including Real Estate, Construction, Industrial Manufacturing, Diversified Family Conglomerates and Telecom.

Prior to joining InterSearch, she held a similar position with McArthur Murray attracting senior talent to the MEA region with a special focus on the Saudi Arabia market. She kicked-off her career within the telecom industry in Jordan before moving Dubai, in 2005 where she worked in the hospitality space for two years.

Kinda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan.
