Kristina’s career started in the media industry. After graduating from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK with a BA Honours in English Literature with Journalism, she worked in editorial for some local press and then for a PR media services company where she worked on building rapports with many industry figures from the journalism and PR sector.
She transitioned into recruitment in 2013 when she joined the UK’s leading airline, British Airways, as a recruitment coordinator, supporting the hiring strategy across many of the airline’s departments; particularly for Experienced Hires and Flight Crew, helping to plan and fulfil the annual intake of pilots and cabin crew.
Upon joining InterSearch Middle East in 2016 she was initially responsible for supporting the management team with their business development plan and the operational running of the Dubai office, as well as managing the regional offices’ HR functions. Her skillset and experience in people services is broad and includes performance management, payroll and policies, recruitment planning and operations, application screening, candidate selection and interviewing techniques. Following a recent promotion to Research Associate, Kristina is tasked with sourcing the best leading talent across multiple disciplines for our key clients across the region and globally.
